 SSMS has a couple of shortcuts to save time and reduce typing errors on field names

How to use double-click in SQL

Using the left mouse button, double-click on a word in your SQL, this selects the whole word. It can be used on field names, commands, or any other 'word' in the SQL

How to use triple-click in SQL

You can also use the triple-click option to select the whole row, useful if you need to delete a row, or copy it
