Power BI Change Data Source

This Power BI tip can be a big timesaver, this short video explains how to change import to direct query in power bi just by copying the code

You may need to migrate from a static data file to a database directly. But there is not an obvious way to achieve this in Power BI

This workaround video shows an easy way to alter the data source by editing the code behind the data set, doing this means that all of the existing visuals and calculated fields will still work
