Here are who we predicted would get through to the next round

Euro 2024 last 16 predictions

For the first 4 of these we got the correct outcome

With strong wins for Germany and Spain, France managing to win and Portugal eventually winning on penalties with a record breaking three saves from the keeper

Euro 2024 Last 16 results part 1

For the second 4 matches, we got 3 out of 4 correct

With Switzerland surprising many by beating Italy, we factored in their better than expected performance and had predicted this result

England survived thanks to a late goal from Bellingham taking the game to extra time then going on to score another

Netherlands had a strong win and surprisingly Austria lost 2-1

Overall we scored 7 out of 8 correct , beating our target

Our Quarter Final Predictions

Spain v Germany, Spain have been strong throughout the tournament so far. But Germany have been better than expected too. With the home advantage acting like an extra goal in their favour. We predict Germany will stop Spain

France v Portugal, France have not quite performed to their level yet. Portugal have under performed their expectations too. Our prediction is that France will beat Portugal

England are another team that has been performing below expectations, but are still in it. Switzerland have looked strong and organised. But we think England should have the edge over Switzerland

Netherlands have been delivering the results so far. But Turkey have been performing strongly. We see a win for the Netherlands
